OVERVIEW
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Trasify. The term the “Site” refers to trasify.com. The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, and any other users of the site.
SERVICE
trasify.com provides digital accounting resources, automated Excel templates, and financial management tools (the “Service”).
Use of the Site, including all materials presented herein and all online services provided by Trasify, is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all site visitors, customers, and all other users. By using the Site or Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.
Parties agree that the Service is in the nature of financial productivity tools. Trasify reserves the right to substitute services equal to or comparable to those listed if the need arises, without prior notice.
USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICE
To access or use the Site, you must be 18 years of age or older. Information provided on the Site related to accounting templates and financial data is subject to change. Trasify makes no representation or warranty that the information provided, regardless of its source (the “Content”), is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Trasify disclaims all liability for any financial decisions, tax filings, or bookkeeping inaccuracies resulting from the use of our templates.
ACCOUNT CREATION
You agree that any registration information you give to Trasify will always be accurate and up to date. You must not impersonate someone else or provide account information other than your own. Your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
LAWFUL PURPOSES
You may use the Site and Service for lawful purposes only. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site. You shall not post or transmit any material which violates or infringes the rights of others or contains injurious formulas or instructions which violate any law.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
The Services are offered subject to our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person, or entity without obligation to assign a reason. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed.
PROMOTIONS AND NEWSLETTERS
By purchasing a product, you agree to receive product updates and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in every email.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
We will email you to confirm your order and provide details concerning digital delivery. If there is an error in this confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us immediately
DURATION OF AGREEMENT & ACCESS
Once confirmed, we will provide access to the purchased digital goods. Access may be influenced by third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, etc.). No breach of contract action may be initiated against Trasify for reasonable delays in access.
LIFETIME ACCESS
“Lifetime Access” refers to the lifetime of the Service. If Trasify should dissolve or cease to exist, access to the Service terminates. Trasify is NOT obligated to add new templates or features indefinitely. Because content may be modified or removed, it is the User’s responsibility to download and keep backup copies of files on their own personal storage.
PRICE
Prices are as quoted on our site. We reserve the right to increase or decrease prices for marketing or A/B testing purposes at any time.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
As the items you are purchasing are digital goods, by delivering or downloading the item, you have taken ownership. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind.
Technical Issues: If you have issues with the Excel formulas or file downloads, contact us and we will assist you.
Compatibility: Please note that automated Excel features may not be fully compatible with Google Sheets, Numbers (Mac), or mobile Excel apps unless explicitly stated.
Disputes: Any disputes received through payment gateways (Stripe/PayPal) will automatically disable your account and revoke your license permanently.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
We endeavor to display the Service as accurately as possible. However, the Site is not guaranteed to be entirely accurate, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing and descriptions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site contains property owned by Trasify, including trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary Excel formulas.
License: Materials are provided for individual use only under a single-user license.
Usage: Templates can be used for personal or commercial purposes (on behalf of a client).
Restrictions: Files cannot be sub-licensed, resold, shared, or redistributed on their own.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU AGREE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES. Trasify is not liable for loss of revenue, anticipated profits, or data. In no event shall Trasify’s cumulative liability exceed the total purchase price of the service you have purchased.
NOTICES
All notices, requests, demands, and other communications under this Agreement shall be in writing and properly addressed to Trasify at your registered business address.
